Abfallkunststoffe werden durch den <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shuliyrecycling.com\/de\/hard-plastic-shredder\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2990\">Hartplastikzerkleinerer<\/a><\/strong> zerkleinert, der gro\u00dfe St\u00fccke von Kunststoffmaterial in kleinere Partikel oder Flakes zerbricht, um sie auf die nachfolgende Verarbeitung vorzubereiten.<\/p>    <p>Die zum Schneiden des Materials verwendeten Klingen bestehen aus 60Si2Mn, das sehr langlebig ist. Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist der Abstand zwischen der beweglichen Klinge und der festen Klinge des Hartplastikbrechers einstellbar. Im <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shuliyrecycling.com\/de\/plastic-recycling-washing-machine\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2759\">Kunststoffsp\u00fclbeh\u00e4lter<\/a><\/strong> werden die Kunststoffteile durch Wasserfluss gereinigt, um Schmutz, Fett, R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde usw. von der Oberfl\u00e4che zu entfernen und die Reinheit und Qualit\u00e4t der Kunststoffgranulate zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. <\/p>    <p>Unsere Kunststoffsp\u00fclreihen sind in der Regel zwischen 10 und 30 Metern lang. Die verschiedenen Tankgr\u00f6\u00dfen haben unterschiedliche Wirkungsgrade.
