A customer from Togo recently purchased HDPE pelletizing machines from Shuliy. The customer was using waste HDPE plastic as a raw material and wanted Shuliy plastic pelletizing recycling machines to convert it into high-quality plastic pellets for the production of new plastic products.

Customer visit to Shuliy plastic granulator machine factory

In order to ensure that the HDPE pelletizing machines purchased would meet their needs and establish a good relationship with Shuliy, the customers visited Shuliy’s factory for a site visit. At the plastic granulator machine factory, they were able to get a thorough understanding of Shuliy plastic granules manufacturing process, technical equipment and production management.

They not only witnessed the production process of the HDPE pelletizing machines but also had in-depth communication with Shuliy’s technicians, discussing in detail the performance of the machines and their operation methods. HDPE granules making machine arrived in Togo and was put into operation

After careful installation and commissioning, Shuliy’s HDPE pelletizing machines have been successfully delivered to the customer’s pelletizing plant and put into operation. The new HDPE granules extruder not only meets the customer’s requirements for production capacity but also meets the customer’s expectations in terms of production efficiency and quality of finished products. With a processing capacity of 150-200 kilograms per hour, it enables the customer to utilize waste HDPE plastic raw materials more efficiently and convert them into plastic pellets that meet market standards. This not only helps the customer to reduce production costs but also to increase production efficiency.
