The paper pulper can process a wide range of recycled paper materials, including old newspapers, used cartons, book paper, and other waste paper scraps. After large-scale collection, these raw materials are fed into the pulping system, where they are hydraulically broken down and thoroughly mixed.

This process produces a uniform pulp with a concentration of around 3%–5%, which serves as the essential raw material for manufacturing egg trays, fruit trays, shoe supports, and other molded pulp packaging products.

How Does the Paper Pulp Making Machine Work?

The complete egg tray production process includes: pulp preparation, adsorption molding, drying, hot pressing, and packaging. As the first step of egg tray production line, the paper pulper machine works as the folloing steps.

  1. Feeding: Waste paper and water are added to the cardboard pulping machine.
  2. Hydraulic Breaking: The rotor runs at high speed, tearing and separating paper fibers through water pressure and shear force.
  3. Fiber Dispersion & Additives: Fibers are evenly dispersed. At this stage, pigments or functional agents such as waterproofing or strength enhancers can be mixed in to improve pulp quality.
  4. Impurity Removal: Screens and cleaners remove staples, plastics, and other unwanted materials.
  5. Pulp Output: A uniform pulp with 3%–5% concentration is obtained, ready for molding egg trays, fruit trays, shoe supports, and other fiber packaging.
