Role of the Egg Tray Making Machine
The egg tray making machine applies to a wide range of raw materials, common ones are: waste paper sheets, old newspapers, waste cardboard boxes, paper trimmings, and recycled old egg trays. These raw materials can be recycled for the production of environmentally friendly pulp moulding products after pulping treatment. The complete process of the egg tray manufacturing plant includes: pulp production, egg tray moulding, drying, and packing. - Waste paper and water are put into the pulper at a ratio of 1:10 and beaten into pulp.
- The pulp enters the pulp conditioning tank for initial storage and homogenization.
- It is pumped to the pulp supply tank through the pulp pump, ready to be supplied to the molding system.
- Introduce pool water to dilute the pulp and adjust the concentration to 3%~5% to meet the egg tray moulding requirements.
- The vacuum pump creates a vacuum on the surface of the mould, which absorbs the pulp and initially forms a wet egg shell.
- Excess water is drained through a stainless steel filter and returned to the return tank for recycling.
- The air compressor is pressurised to blow the wet egg tray onto the transfer mould, tray or conveyor belt to complete the material transfer.
The end egg cartons support a variety of drying methods, including:
- Drying boxes,
- Air drying,
- Civil drying,
- Multi-layer metal drying.
- After drying, the egg trays are pressed in a hot press at high temperature and pressure, making them flatter and tighter.
- The egg trays are automatically stacked in layers according to the set quantity by a stacking machine, which is convenient for subsequent shipping and packaging.
- Manually or using an automatic baling machine, large bundles are fixed, neatly arranged and waiting for storage.
